In-Office Stretch Sessions
We provide stretch services as a benefit to employers to improve health, wellness, and employee culture. Our certified specialists stretch employees onsite and address common workplace issues, such as low back pain, poor posture, and muscular tension.
In-person assisted stretching
Certified stretch specialists come to your office to work with employees at your office. Our in-office stretch services enhance employee productivity and morale.
Sessions are 15 minutes each (per person) and fit easily into the workday. No change of clothing required. Note: We provide portable massage tables and set them up in the office for stretch sessions. Longer sessions are also available upon request.
Virtual group classes
We also provide customized virtual group classes for small to large companies.
