We provide premium assisted stretching services on a massage table. You can get a total body stretch or focus on problem areas such as your hips, low back, shoulders and neck. Stretch Therapy can be a vital part of your wellness routine to help you move with less pain and more ease!

Stretch Therapy

Each relaxing Stretch Therapy session is one hour, fully clothed, on a comfortable massage table. Our clients feel the results immediately, and walk out feeling younger, lighter and ready to go. Like a massage, it’s a great way to pamper yourself for recovery and relief from the hectic hustle of NYC.

We customize stretch sessions to fit your individual needs, focusing on problem areas (neck, low back, shoulders, hips) or targeting areas for specific physical activities and sports.

Whether you want to reduce stress levels, improve your posture, run faster and farther, or lift more, we are here to help you. Time to treat yourself and invest in your well-being!

Postural Restoration (PRI)

We incorporate Postural Restoration techniques in order to correct imbalances in movement and posture. We provide customized
take-home exercises to maximize the benefits of your stretch therapy sessions with us.

In-Office Stretches


Corporate Wellness

Our in-office stretches help relieve aches and pains from long hours sitting at your desk and working on a computer. It's a great way to help employees improve their mood, increase productivity and their overall wellbeing.

Note: We provide portable massage tables and set them up in office for stretch sessions. 

Each session is 20-minutes on a comfortable massage table. Employees can wear work clothes or change into comfortable athletic clothing that they can easily move around in.  We can provide total body stretches or trouble-shoot problem areas such as neck, shoulders or low back. Your employees and co-workers will feel invigorated and relaxed after a session, creating a more pleasant work environment.

What should I wear?

Wear loose and comfortable clothing that allows for movement in all directions. Fitness apparel is ideal. Please remove jewelry prior to session and have long hair out of the way.

How will I feel after a session?

Stretch Therapy sessions are very relaxing – like how you might feel after a massage. We recommend scheduling sessions on your off day of training or when you are done with your strenuous activities so you can enjoy the full effect of your session.

How often should I book sessions?

This depends on your activity level and what your goals are. If you don’t have any specific flexibility goals, we recommend once or twice a month. For a complete flexibility makeover, we recommend a 10 pack; 2 sessions per week for 2 weeks, then 1 session every week for 4 weeks, and then every other week.
